House of Creatives Music + Arts Festival Announces Lineup

    Miami-based music festival, House of Creatives, has announced its lineup for the third year in a row. Often known as HOC by locals, the festival is set to occur during the second weekend of November, just as it’s done in the past. Known for its small, yet impressive lineups, HOC will be catering to alternative music fans per usual.

    In the past, household names such as The Flaming Lips, MGMT, Sir Sly, Cold War Kids, and The Drums, to name a few have all graced the stage within the previous two years. Although I mentioned previously that this festival is held in Miami, FL, it’s technically located in the Florida Keys, giving an island-like ambiance and a serene backdrop. It takes place in Historic Virginia Key Park.

    This year, however, HOC will be bringing in an impressive lineup featuring M.I.A, Foster the People, Sofi Tukker, POND, Chromeo, and a handful of smaller acts, some even reigning from Miami themselves. A unique aspect of HOC, is that the festival tends to bring in many local musicians. This helps show out-of-towners and locals alike the rich music scene squandered away from the masses.

    HOC is known for offering very affordable ticket prices, making it accessible to the average person to attend, with VIP tickets costing around $180 for the weekend and 2-Day GA tickets costing on $89!
